Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and cooked
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit e

Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Put quinoa, rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, dried fruit, and nuts in a large bowl
To make the peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt, mix them in a different bowl
Add the wet mixture to the dry ones and mix them together until they are well blended
Press the mixture into a baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper
Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown
Let the granola bars cool all the way down before you cut them into bars
Keep in a container that won't let air in to keep it fresh
